The aim of this seminar is to reflect experiences of social work practice, and to integrate these experiences into theory of social work:
(1) Understanding the significance of social work practice.
(2) Understanding knowledge and skills related to social work, and acquiring practical skills etc. both individually and in groups.
(3) Acquiring the dispositions, skills, ethics and self-awareness required as a social worker.
(4) Cultivating the ability: that is to conceptualize, theorize and formulate their experiences of social work practice as professional social work skills.
Based on their individual practical training experiences, utilizing concrete problem-based case-studies, students will learn practical, integrated and inclusive support. Using practical case-studies as examples, students will receive practical instruction on specific counseling support situations, as well as hypothetical past cases.
Students will acquire the practical skills and knowledge related to counseling support, based on their individual experience, incorporating what was learned during placement training, while receiving practical guidance, both individually and in groups. Cultivating the ability to conceptualize, theorize and formulate specific experiences and support activities as specialist support techniques.

本授業では、ソーシャルワーク実習での具体的な体験や活動を通して得た学びを振り返り、実践と理論を統合して理解することを目指す。具体的には：
① ソーシャルワーク実習の意義について理解する。
② ソーシャルワーク実習に係る個別指導並びに集団指導を通して、相談援助に係る知識と技術について具体的かつ実際的に理解し実践的な技術等を体得する。
③ 社会福祉士として求められる資質、技能、倫理、自己に求められる課題把握等、総合的に対応できる能力を習得する。
④ 具体的な体験や活動を、専門的ソーシャルワーク技術として概念化し理論化し体系立てていくことができる能力を涵養する。

個々の実習体験を踏まえて、具体的な課題別の相談援助事例を活用し、総合的かつ包括的な援助について実践的に習得する。実習事例を題材として、具体的な相談援助場面及び相談援助の過程を想定した実技指導を行う。
相談援助に係る知識と技術について個別的な体験を一般化し、実践的な知識と技術として習得できるように、現場実習における学生の個別的な体験も視野に入れつつ、集団指導並びに個別指導による実技指導を行う。
