Through practical experience in fields related to multicultural coexistence, this seminar aims to help students situate their learning in the Department of Social Work at the College of Community and Human Services, and to develop their own career and life designs.
Through the entire exercise, students will deepen their self-knowledge and acquire the following skills
-Understand and comprehend social and welfare issues
-Understanding issues related to multicultural coexistence, as well as relevant theories and approaches
-Information gathering, analysis, and dissemination
-Communication, networking, and coordination
-Plan, action, and report cycle
-Understand and utilize welfare approaches
-Self-awareness developed through the seminar as a whole
-Clarification and concretization of one's own career and life design
Through discussions in a small-group seminar format, talks by guest speakers, and fieldwork as well as regular and occasional activities related to multicultural coexistence in the local community, students will identify issues they wish to address and advance their learning through project-based learning.

この授業では、グループワークにおいて他の参加受講者とともに考え検討する時間を持つ。また企画立案に基づく実践や報告を行う。積極的な受講態度が期待される。
資料の配布、授業中の課題の作成・提出、情報収集などに使用するので、授業にPC等を持参すること。
本演習では多文化共生に関わるフィールドでの実践を通して、各自がコミュニティ福祉学部福祉学科での学びを位置づけつつ、自身のキャリアデザイン・ライフデザインを描くことを目指します。
演習全体を通して自己覚知を深めつつ、以下の力を身につける。
－社会問題・福祉課題等の把握と理解
－多文化共生に関わる課題把握と理論、アプローチの理解
－情報収集・分析・発信
－コミュニケーション・ネットワーキング・調整
－企画・実行・報告サイクル
－福祉的アプローチの理解と活用
－演習全体を通した自己覚知
－自身のキャリア／ライフデザインの具体化

少人数の演習形式（ゼミナール）でのディスカッション、ゲストスピーカーの話、地域での多文化共生や国際的な活動に関わるフィールドワークや定期・不定期の活動を通して、取り組みたい課題を見つけ、プロジェクトベースドラーニングを進める。
Through discussions in a small-group seminar format, talks by guest speakers, and fieldwork as well as regular and occasional activities related to multicultural coexistence in the local community, students will identify issues they wish to address and advance their learning through project-based learning.
