コミュニティ政策学科選択必修科目 2023年度以降入学者対象 |
The goal of this seminar is to focus on local government policies aimed at local regeneration and solving social issues. Students will examine the efforts of local governments, as well as the activities of community organisations and NPOs, to understand the structure of these problems and explore approaches to address them.
This seminar focuses on exploring local government policies and local regeneration through literature reviews and fieldwork. A shared theme will be set, and students may be divided into groups with sub-themes as needed. The seminar includes group discussions, collaborative work, and exchanges with other seminars, culminating in a summary of findings at the end of the year.
Additionally, optional sub-seminars will be offered based on student preferences. Using the insights gained from the summer forum, students will also conduct visits to local governments and NPOs. In previous years, we have investigated policies in Yorii Town, Atami City, Suginami Ward, and Toshima Ward, as well as initiatives for dual-location living.

現時点での知識の有無は問いませんが、ゼミ運営に積極的に参加し、主体的な運営に関われる方を歓迎します。「キツくてもつらくない」「厳しくも楽しい」ゼミをモットーに活動しています。卒業生は公務員、民間企業、マスコミ、シンクタンクなど幅広い分野で活躍しています。腹を割って話せる一生の仲間をつくりたい方、勉強面でも充実した学生生活を送りたい方は、是非ともに学びましょう。
適宜電子媒体で資料を配付するとともに、資料検索を行うため、ノートパソコン（タブレットでも構わないが、容量の大きなデータを扱えるスペックがあることが望ましい。）を持参すること。
コミュニティ政策学科での教育の中心に位置づけられる選択必修科目である。各教員の研究テーマに即して、少人数クラスで専門文献の講読や現地調査、現場実習などを行う。
このゼミでは、地域活性化や社会問題の解決に取り組む自治体の施策に焦点を当て、自治体の取組を中心に、地域コミュニティやNPO等の活動も対象にしつつ、問題の構造や解決のためのアプローチを考察できるようになることを目標とする。

自治体政策や地域再生に関する共通テーマを設定し、それに関する文献調査や現地視察を通じて考察を深める。必要に応じてサブテーマを設けて班を編成し、ディスカッションによる共同作業や他ゼミとの交流を行い、年末に成果をまとめる。
また、ゼミ生の希望に基づきサブゼミを行う。加えて、合宿での学びを生かし、首都圏近郊の自治体・NPO等の訪問調査を行いたい。これまで、寄居町、熱海市、杉並区、豊島区などの自治体政策や二拠点居住の取り組みを取材した。
このほか、4年生の元ゼミ生による内定報告会などの交流も行う。
