Students will obtain an overview of Japan’s health promotion policy, centered on physical activity and exercise, and acquire the basic ability to analyze and evaluate the policy process that supports the well-being of a healthy and wealthy people.
Explaining the background and trends from real-life health issues, based on handouts. In addition, we will listen to voices from those within the health promotion in the field, deepen our understanding through related presentations and surveys on health promotion policies.

身体活動・運動を中心とした我が国の健康づくり政策の概要とその意義を学び、国民の健康で豊かな生活を支える政策を分析・判断できる基本的な力を身に着ける。
Students will obtain an overview of Japan’s health promotion policy, centered on physical activity and exercise, and acquire the basic ability to analyze and evaluate the policy process that supports the well-being of a healthy and wealthy people.
配布資料に基づき、等身大の健康課題からその動向や背景を解説していく。また、健康づくりの現場の声を聞いたり、健康づくりに関する施策を調査・発表することにより、理解を深める｡
