This class aims to develop students' understanding of how to solve complex social problems in Japan, through comparative analysis with international practice. In the second half of this class, special attention will be paid to peer support. Peer support is a process of mutual help and learning among people who share similar experiences or challenges.
International case and evidence will be shared by a lecturer. Participants will discuss the facilitators/barriers in implementing it in the context of Japan.

この授業では、日本の複雑な社会問題を解決する方法を、海外の実践と比較しながら理解することを目的とします。特に、ピアサポートの事例に焦点を当てます。ピア・サポートとは、同じような経験や課題を共有する人々の相互扶助と学習のプロセスです。

講師から、海外の事例やエビデンスが参加者の皆さんに提供されます。それを踏まえて、日本でピアサポートを実践する上で何が促進要因又は阻害要因になり得るのか、議論していきます。
