Deepening our understanding of the role of leadership for individual perception and behavior, in association with groups and others, primarily through psychology research.
We all belong to various groups such as schools, families and social circles. What kind of influence does these groups have on people's behavior, perspectives and ideas of things? And, what is the role of a leader in such a group situation? In this lecture, we will explain the role of leadership in the group, while tackling topics such as decision making and coordination.

集団や他者との関わり合いの中での個人の認知や行動に対するリーダーシップの役割について，主に社会心理学の研究を通して理解を深める。

私たちは，学校・家族・サークルなど，様々な集団に所属している。これらの集団は人の行動やものの見方，考え方にどのような影響を及ぼしているのだろうか。そして，そうした集団状況において，リーダーとはとはどのような存在なのだろうか。本講義では，意志決定，同調といったトピックスを取り上げながら，集団におけるリーダーシップの役割について解説を行う。
