This course introduces students to the goals of the Florida Internship program. Students will:
•Learn about the Disney Imagination Campus approach to:
ooTheme-park design
ooStorytelling
ooTeamwork
ooLeadership
•communicate and collaborate in English
•write a short English report
•give a short English presentation
•develop autonomy, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
This course acts as an introduction to the Florida Internship Program. It focuses on the content the students will study at Walt Disney World’s Imagination Campus in Florida: Leadership, teamwork, storytelling, and theme park design. The course also requires students to write a report and give a presentation in English. Although this course acts as an introduction to the Florida Internship program, students do not have to be a part of that program to take this course.
