The aim is to acquire the basics of knowledge and thinking necessary to understand policy.
In the first half, we will explore the flow of policy from formation, to implementation and evaluation, considering the concrete analytical framework and theory necessary for policy analysis, and the current situation, including issues of policy (science). In the second half, we will explore public service theory and policy planning, before an explanation of individual policies.

政策（学）を理解する上で必要な知識・考え方の基礎を身につける。
The aim is to acquire the basics of knowledge and thinking necessary to understand policy.
前半では，政策の形成から実施・評価に至るまでの一連の流れ，政策分析に必要な思考と具体的な分析枠組みや理論について解説し，政策（学）の置かれている現状と課題について触れる。後半では，公共サービス論，政策立案の考え方について説明した上で，個別の政策について解説する。
