The goal of this course is to understand basic knowledge of law and how law can approach the issues faced by communities, especially for the students majoring in Policy Studies.
This course introduces how law functions in solving the issues faced by communities, using real examples, and lectures on basic knowledge of law, including types of law, guarantees of fundamental human rights under the Constitution, and the court system.

この科目は、特に政策学専修で学ぶにあたり、地域社会が抱える課題に法がどのようにアプローチしうるかを理解し、法学の基本的な知識を身につけることを目標とする。

地域社会が抱える課題を解決するうえで法がどのように機能しているかを具体的な事例を用いながら紹介するとともに、法の種類や憲法による基本的人権の保障、裁判制度などの法学の基本的な知識について講義する。
