Labor is not a commodity. Labor should be decent work. In class, students will think about what is necessary to enrich the work in the community.
Labor is an activity in which each person plays a social role. It is also important as an activity to gain a place where you can live your own life. The purpose of labor policy is to ensure that each person could play a role and play an active role in the community without violating his or her dignity. The problem is that the modern society in which we live is not like that. What kind of obstacles exist and what should I do. While unraveling specific cases we will acquire the wisdom to live.

労働とは、一人一人の人間が、社会的役割を果たす活動です。自分らしく生きられる居場所を得るための活動としても、重要な意味があります。労働政策の目的は、一人一人の人間が、自らの尊厳を傷つけられることなく、地域社会において役割と活躍の機会を保障されることです。問題は、私たちが生きる現代社会がそうなっていないことです。どのような障害があり、どのようにしていったらよいのか。具体的な事例を紐解きながら、学習し、生きていく知恵を身につけていきます。
