The aim is to acquire basic knowledge of psychology, such as personality and understanding and supporting psychological problems, so that these can be of practical use in daily life.
Learn psychology’s view of the personality, that is, “who and how a person is”, through the various theories in a variety of fields of psychology. As well as deepening understanding of the various aspects of personality development, and personality bias. In addition, you’ll study about familiar psychological problems, together with understanding and support from the findings of clinical psychology.

パワーポイントを使用した講義を中心とする。
「人となり」や「心理的問題の理解と支援」について，心理学の基礎的な知識を身につけ，それらを生活の中で実践的に活かすことを目標とする。

「人となり」といえるパーソナリティを，心理学ではどのように捉えているのか，その諸理論について様々な心理学分野の知見に触れながら学ぶ。そして，パーソナリティの発達の諸相，パーソナリティの偏りについての理解を深める。続いて，身近な心理的問題について，その理解と支援を臨床心理学の知見から学ぶ。
