To understand why social security and social welfare policies are essential to modern economic life and the problems with these policies.
In the modern era, we are involved with social security and social welfare policies in various aspects of our economic life. This lecture will explain the mechanisms and roles of social security and social welfare policies at each stage of life. We will also consider the issues of reform of social security and social welfare policies that are necessary to solve contemporary labor and lifestyle problems.

現代の経済生活におけいて、なぜ社会保障・社会福祉政策が不可欠であるのか、またそれらの政策の問題点を理解する。
To understand why social security and social welfare policies are essential to modern economic life and the problems with these policies.
現代において経済生活のさまざま局面で我々は社会保障・社会福祉政策との関わりを持つ。社会保障・社会福祉政策がどのような仕組みと役割を持っているのかを、ライフステージのそれぞれの場面に分けて解説する。また、現代の労働問題や生活問題を解決するために必要な社会保障・社会福祉政策の改革課題を考える。
