In this course, we will examine education policies, particularly those related to teacher training, in order to scientifically understand policies. Through this, we aim to achieve the following:
- Understand the basic concepts and terminology of policies.
- Recognize important issues related to contemporary education policies.
- Understand the roles of key stakeholders in the formation and implementation of education policies.
- Develop an accurate understanding of what is required in policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation by engaging in the drafting of hypothetical education policies.
In this course, as outlined in the syllabus, we mainly cover the following topics:
- Elements and processes of policy formation
- Policy implementation and evaluation
- Case studies focusing on education policies, particularly teacher training policies
- Collaborative drafting of hypothetical education policies by groups

本科目では，政策を科学的に理解するために，教育政策，特に教員養成政策を取り上げて検討します。そのことを通じて，以下のことができるようになることを目指します。
・政策の基本的な概念と用語を理解すること
・現代の教育政策に関連する重要な問題について認識すること
・教育政策の形成と実施に関わる主要なステークホルダーの役割を理解すること
・仮想の教育政策の立案を行うことで，政策立案・実施・評価において求められていることを正確に理解すること
