The objectives of this course are to enable students to:
・Explain the historical background and the developmental process of "Policy Science" and "Policy Studies."
・Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the core concepts, theories, and frameworks within the field of "Policy Science."
・Analyze official documents published by national and local governments to critically examine the relationship between "Public Policy and Public Administration."
As outlined in the syllabus, this course explores "Public Policy" from a diverse range of perspectives. Through this multifaceted approach, students will acquire a foundational understanding of the core concepts, theories, and analytical frameworks that define the field of "Policy Science."

| ICT機器と生成AIを用いたリアルタイム授業 1. 授業中のリアルタイムなコメント 2. 理解度確認テストの回答 3. 講義内容に関わる情報をインターネットから検索するよう指示した際の結果 以上の投稿内容を反映しながら授業展開する。 教員が準備するシステム上にてリアルタイムな授業参加をする。学生はスライド上に表示されたQRコードやURLから入力フォームにアクセスし、スマートフォンやタブレットなどのICT機器から回答する。回答されたコメントは教員のICT機器にリアルタイムに集計され、教員とのディスカッションなど双方向授業に活用される。ICT機器を所持していない場合や機器にトラブルが生じた場合は、授業後にアナログ形式（紙やノート等）でコメントを教員に提出しても構わない。また生成AIを用いた授業促進も準備している。詳細は初回授業で説明する。 This course implements real-time, interactive lectures utilizing ICT devices and Generative AI. 1. Interactive Components Instruction will be dynamically adapted based on real-time student input, including: Real-time comments submitted during lectures. Responses to comprehension checks (quizzes). Results of web-based research conducted in class upon the instructor’s request. 2. Participation Method Students will participate via an online system provided by the instructor. You can access the submission forms by scanning QR codes or entering URLs displayed on the lecture slides using smartphones or tablets. Submitted comments will be aggregated in real-time to facilitate interactive discussions between the instructor and students. 3. Accommodations and AI Use Technical Contingencies: If you do not own an ICT device or encounter technical issues, you may submit your comments in analog format (e.g., on paper or in a notebook) after class. Generative AI: This course also incorporates the use of Generative AI to enhance learning. Specific details and guidelines regarding its application will be provided during the first session. |

本授業の目標は、以下の3点です。
