Deepening our understanding of the role of leadership for individual perception and behavior, in association with group and others, primarily through the experimental social psychology research.
We belong to various groups such as schools, families, and companies. These groups are formed by various individuals who have roles such as leaders and followers. What kind of influence do such individual behaviors, perspectives, and ways of thinking have on the management and reform of a group? In particular, what is the function and role of a leader in a group? This lecture will mainly explain the role of leadership in organizational management and group behavior, while covering topics such as group decision-making, motivation, competition and cooperation.

組織の運営や集団における他者との関わり合いの中での個人の認知や行動に対するリーダーシップの役割について，主に実験社会心理学の研究を通して理解を深める。

私たちは，学校・家族・企業など，様々な集団に所属している。これらの集団は,リーダーやフォロワーといった役割を持った様々な個人によって形成されている。集団の運営や変革において,そうした個人の行動やものの見方，考え方は,どのような影響を及ぼしているのだろうか。とりわけ,集団におけるリーダーの機能と役割とはどのようなものなのだろうか。本講義では，集団意志決定，動機付け,競争と協力といったトピックスを取り上げながら，組織の運営と集団のあり方におけるリーダーシップの役割について主に解説を行う。
