This course is an elective capstone course in the Department of Community Development. Under the supervision of faculty members, students identify and explore their own research interests, and compile the outcomes of their research and practical work into either a Seminar Paper or a Graduation Thesis.
The objectives of this course are as follows:Through empirical analysis, deepen understanding of the issues surrounding social policy in contemporary society.
Research into the realities of social issues concerning labour, welfare, and education, and the problems and reform challenges in policies aimed at resolving them.
Practising empirical analytical methods such as fieldwork and statistical analysis.

学術論文や著書を読み理解する能力
毎回PCを使用する。
報告資料の共有などにCanvasLMSを使用する。
コミュニティ政策学科での学修の集大成となる選択科目である。各教員の指導の下、各自の問題関心を探究し，その研究・実践の成果を取りまとめ、「演習論文」または「卒業論文」を作成する。本クラスでは、実証的な分析を通して現代社会における社会政策の課題への認識を深めることを目標とする。
