This course is an elective capstone course in the Department of Community Development. Under the supervision of faculty members, students identify and explore their own research interests, and compile the outcomes of their research and practical work into either a Seminar Paper or a Graduation Thesis.
The objective of this course is to examine pedagogical issues concerning human development, with a particular focus on fostering social skills—specifically social inclusion for those experiencing social exclusion—and to produce either a seminar paper or a graduation thesis.
Students undertake either a seminar paper or a graduation thesis on a research topic of their own choosing, related to pedagogical issues concerning human development.

コミュニティ政策学科での学修の集大成となる選択科目である。各教員の指導の下，各自の問題関心を探究し，その研究・実践の成果を取りまとめ，「演習論文」または「卒業論文」を作成する。
本クラスの目標は，社会性の形成，特に社会的排除の状態にある人の社会的包摂という視点からの社会性形成という点を中心として，人間形成に関わる教育学的課題に検討し，「演習論文」または「卒業論文」を作成することである。
