To understanding lifestyle-related diseases and to learn about the importance of physical activity for lifestyle-related diseases.
After understanding the definition, causes, prevention and societal impact of lifestyle-related diseases, the course will provide an understanding of how physical activity affects lifestyle-related diseases, in line with guidelines for each disease. The effects of physical activity in the general population and athletes will also be discussed with reference to the literature.

生活習慣病を理解し、生活習慣病に対する身体活動の重要性を学ぶ。
To understanding lifestyle-related diseases and to learn about the importance of physical activity for lifestyle-related diseases.
生活習慣病の定義、原因、予防、社会への影響について理解した上で、身体活動がどのように生活習慣病に影響を与えるのか、各疾患のガイドラインに沿って理解する。また一般人やアスリートにおける運動の効果について文献を参考に考察する。
