Students will understand leadership from diverse perspectives by lecturers who have experience in various positions. They will learn how leadership should be exercised with a rich sense of humanity and high ethical standards, and acquire the thinking and attitude necessary to become useful members of society and organizations.
Students will be taught by four leaders from different positions in the business world, who will reveal their perspectives on leadership, followership and membership. Students learn through group work to solve problems and through discussions about how leadership can contribute to society and organisations.

スポーツ・ビジネス・スポーツビジネスとさまざまな立場での経験を有する講師とともに、リーダーシップについて多様な視点から理解する。豊かな人間性と高い倫理観を持って発揮すべきリーダーシップのあり方を学ぶとともに、社会や組織において有用な人材になるための思考・姿勢を修得する。

ビジネスシーンにおいてさまざまな立場で活躍するリーダー4人を講師として迎え、それぞれの視点から考えるリーダーシップ・フォロワーシップ・メンバーシップについて明らかにする。講義や課題に向き合うグループワークなどを通して、社会や組織において貢献するためのリーダーシップのあり方について議論しながら学ぶ。
Students will be taught by four leaders from different positions in the business world, who will reveal their perspectives on leadership, followership and membership.
