Students will examine leadership from multiple perspectives, learning with lecturers who bring practical experience across sport, business, and the sports business sector. They will explore approaches to exercising leadership that uphold human dignity and high ethical standards, and they will develop the mindsets and practices needed to contribute effectively and responsibly to organisations and society.
Students will be taught by four leaders from different positions in the business world, who will reveal their perspectives on leadership, followership and membership. Students learn through group work to solve problems and through discussions about how leadership can contribute to society and organisations.

スポーツ、ビジネス、スポーツビジネスの多様な立場での実務・現場経験をもつ講師とともに、リーダーシップを多角的に理解する。豊かな人間性と高い倫理観に根ざした望ましいリーダーシップのあり方を学び、社会や組織で価値を生み出す人材となるための思考法と姿勢を身につける。

ビジネスシーンにおいてさまざまな立場で活躍するリーダー4人を講師として迎え、それぞれの視点から考えるリーダーシップ・フォロワーシップ・メンバーシップについて明らかにする。講義や課題に向き合うグループワークなどを通して、社会や組織において貢献するためのリーダーシップのあり方について議論しながら学ぶ。
