The aim is for students to learn the basic theory and skills of handball and be able to put them into practice in matches. Through the classes, students will also develop an interest in sports activities and be able to take an active role in participating in them with their peers.
Through handball, students will improve their basic physical fitness, understand the basic knowledge necessary for the sport, and acquire individual skills and techniques. They will also learn individual and group tactics, and the class will be held in a format that everyone can enjoy. In addition, a mini-game will be held in the first half of the class, and students will learn the rules and game management (including refereeing) at the same time, which will lead to even deeper learning.

ハンドボール競技の基礎的な理論および技能を習得し、試合で実践できるようになる。また授業を通して、スポーツ活動への興味関心を持ち、仲間とともに主体的に取り組めるようになることを目標とする。

ハンドボール競技を通して基礎体力の向上と競技に必要な基礎知識の理解、個人技術・技能を習得する。さらに個人戦術やグループ戦術を学び、皆で楽しめる形式で授業を展開していく。また授業前半からミニゲームを実施し、ルールや試合運営（審判含む）をも同時に学ぶことで、より一層の深い学びへと繋げていく。
