The objectives of this course are to develop coaching skills for players, understand the player-centered approach, and build positive relationships with players.
To improve their coaching skills, students will learn the professional knowledge, interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, facilitation, etc.), and intrapersonal skills (resilience, anger management) required of coaches. In this course, students will also participate in group discussions, debates, and group work exercises to gain practical skills and knowledge.

本講義では、スポーツ選手に対するコーチとしての対応手法を習得して、プレーヤーズセンタードなコーチングを理解し、選手との良好な関係の中でコーチングを行えるようにする。
The objectives of this course are to develop coaching skills for players, understand the player-centered approach, and build positive relationships with players.
コーチとして活動するときのスキルを向上させていくために、コーチに求められる専門的知識、コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、ファシリテーションスキル等の対他者の対応とレジリエンスやアンガーマネジメントなどのセルフマネジメントといった対自己の対応について学んでいく。また、これらの理論や手法の実践力を養うために、グループディスカッション、ディベート、グループ・ワーク等を導入した授業を展開する。
