Students will understand the basic concepts of organizational management in sports, business, and services. The course also aims to develop practical management techniques and applied skills while examining management issues and solutions.Students aim to develop practical and applied management skills as they examine management issues and solutions.
Students will work with leaders in various capacities in sports and business settings to study organizational and team management theory and practice, while examining how to apply and apply it to business, service, and other areas. Students will acquire practical knowledge through case studies and group work on topics such as organizational theory, leadership, communication, motivation, and improving customer satisfaction.

スポーツやビジネスシーンにおいてさまざまな立場で活躍するリーダーたちとともに、組織・チームのマネジメント理論と実践を学びながら、ビジネス・サービスなどを中心に適用・応用する方法を考察する。組織論、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、モチベーション、顧客満足度向上などのテーマについて、ケーススタディやグループワークを通じて実践的な知識を身につける。
Students will work with leaders in various capacities in sports and business settings to study organizational and team management theory and practice, while examining how to apply and apply it to business, service, and other areas.
