Students will understand the core concepts of organisational management across sport, business, and service organisations. By analysing managerial challenges and evaluating solutions, they will develop practical management techniques and the ability to apply them in real or simulated contexts.
This course brings together leaders with diverse experience in sport and business to explore organisational and team management theory and practice, with an emphasis on application in business and service contexts. Through case studies and group work, students will build practical knowledge in organisational theory, leadership, communication, motivation, and improving customer satisfaction.

スポーツ・ビジネス・サービス領域における組織マネジメントの基礎概念を理解する。あわせて、マネジメント上の課題とその解決策を検討しながら、実践的なマネジメント手法と応用力を養う。

スポーツおよびビジネスの現場で多様な立場から活躍するリーダーとともに、組織・チームのマネジメント理論と実践を学び、とりわけビジネスやサービス領域への適用・応用方法を考察する。組織論、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション、モチベーション、顧客満足度向上などのテーマについて、ケーススタディやグループワークを通じて実践的な知識を身につける。
