Students will discuss foreign countries’ public financial institutions and the latest management research findings on them. Students will deepen their understanding on public finance by making international comparative studies.
In this class, students will select, study, and discuss about the latest academic literatures on foreign countries’ public financial institutions (tax system, expense, intergovernmental fiscal relations, etc.) and their operations. Furthermore, students will explore similarities and differences among Japan and foreign countries in terms of these systems. Students will explore their potential as Japanese fiscal reform.

学生が，外国の財政制度及びその運営に関する最近の研究成果を検討することにより，国際比較の観点から，財政学の理解を深めることができる。
Students will discuss foreign countries’ public financial institutions and the latest management research findings on them. Students will deepen their understanding on public finance by making international comparative studies.
本科目では，外国の財政制度（税制，経費，政府間財政関係等） 及びその運営に関する最近の学術文献を素材として，講義及び議論を行う。さらに，当該国の制度を日本財政と比較した場合の共通点及び相違点，そしてそれが日本における制度改革の参考となるかどうかについて検討する。
