【Course Objectives】

Students will learn modern structuralist and post-Keynesian macroeconomic approaches and understand the potential of these approaches, focusing on the interaction of growth, stability and income distribution under different social relations.

【Course Contents】

Students will read "Reconstructing Macroeconomics" by Lance Taylor, a well-known structuralist and post-Keynesian macroeconomist. Students will discuss modern structuralist approaches and critiques of mainstream macroeconomics from a structuralist perspective in learning about the standard technical tools of economics.
