Students will learn how to report, extract arguments, and participate in discussion by reading papers on American economic history.
Students will form their perspective so that they can compare and discuss historical and modern issues in US.
Papers on American economic history from 20th century until now will be selected. Reporter and moderator will be selected for each paper. Students will then participate in discussion in addition to reporting and reading.

アメリカ経済史をテーマにした論文の輪読によっ て、報告の方法や、論点の抽出、討論の展開等について学ぶ。
アメリカにおける過去の事象と、現代の問題とを比較検討できるような視点を形成する。

20世紀から現代までのアメリカ経済史をテーマにした論文を取り上げ、論文ごとに報告者と進行役を決めて、報告・輪読ののち、討論を行う。
Papers on American economic history from 20th century until now will be selected. Reporter and moderator will be selected for each paper. Students will then participate in discussion in addition to reporting and reading.
