Students will learn about the industrial policy and the trade policy of Russia.
Under economic sanctions by the G7 and the EU, Russia is pursuing the trade policy that adapts to the power shift from the Atlantic to the Asia-Pacific(Eastward Shift). In this lecture, we will read papers on Russia's industrial policy, trade policy,and economic relations with Japan,China,the EU and others. Grading is based on the submitted report.

ロシアの産業政策と通商政策について学ぶ
Students will learn about the industrial policy and the trade policy of Russia.
G7やEUによる経済制裁下において、ロシアは、大西洋からアジア太平洋へのパワーシフトに適応する通商政策（東方シフト）を進めている。そこで、この講義では、ロシアの産業政策、通商政策、及び日本、中国、EU,その他諸国との経済関係について外国語文献（英語あるいはロシア語）の資料を輪読する。成績評価は、提出されたレポートに基づく。
