QA352管理会計特殊講義2と合同授業 |
Students will be able to think for themselves about how management accounting should affect the decision-making, behavior, and psychology of managers and organizational members.
The first half of the course will be a continuation of the spring semester. After reviewing basic contents, students will read more advanced contents and literature on management accounting cases in Japanese companies. The second half will deal with two topics that have become increasingly important in recent years in both domestic and international companies and in academia. Students will read and discuss papers on management accounting that promotes the creativity of organizational members and collaboration between organizational members, and management accounting for servitization. Several papers may be written in English.

管理会計の学部レベル（概ね日商簿記2級程度）の知識を前提とする。初回に各受講者の会計のバックグラウンドについて確認する。このトピックの著名な英語論文を数本読む可能性が高いため、春学期から構文読解の準備をしておくこと。

管理会計特論1を受講していることが望ましい。正当な理由のない欠席は、減点の対象となる。
経営管理者や組織成員の意思決定、行動、心理に望ましい影響を与えるための管理会計のあり方について自身で考えられるようになる。
Students will be able to think for themselves about how management accounting should affect the decision-making, behavior, and psychology of managers and organizational members.
前半は、春学期の続きで、基礎的な議論を確認したうえで、発展的な内容や日本企業の管理会計の事例などに関する文献を輪読する。後半は、近年の国内外企業や学界において重視されつつある２つのトピックを扱う。すなわち、組織成員の創造性発揮や組織成員間の連携を促進する管理会計、サービタイゼーションのための管理会計に関する論文を読み、議論する。数本英語の論文となる可能性がある。
