【Course Objectives】

The goal of this course is to develop students' ability to comprehensively understand and analyze real-world business strategies using theories and concepts related to business strategy.

【Course Contents】

A profound understanding of strategic management is essential for effective organizational and talent development. This course aims to provide students with a deep comprehension of the fundamental theories and concepts of strategic management while developing practical analytical skills through case study discussions. This approach will enable students to cultivate the ability to perceive strategic management from a holistic perspective.

1) Foundational Theories and Concepts of Strategic Management: Deepen a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical frameworks and basic concepts related to strategic management.
2) Practical Analysis through Case Studies: Learn strategic problem-solving and decision-making processes using real-world business cases.
3)Business and sosiety: Examine the importance of sustainability, ESG, and CSR in modern management.

This course focuses on merging theory and practice, aiming to provide students with both a deep understanding of strategic management and practical analytical skills.
