This course aims for students to acquire the basic theory and fundamental knowledge about teamwork.
In the first part of this class, students are expected to learn the basic theory and fundamental knowledge related to teams and teamwork. Students will read relevant literature and discuss it. Futhermore, students are expected to learn a practical knowledge of effective teamwork behavior based on relevant previous research and academic theories.

チームワークに関する基礎理論・基礎知識について理解を深めること
This course aims for students to acquire the basic theory and fundamental knowledge about teamwork.
チームやチームワークに関する基礎理論・基本的概念について理解を深める。さらに、関連する先行研究、学術的理論をもとに、受講生同士でディスカッションをしながら効果的なチームワークのあり方について実践的に理解する。
In the first part of this class, students are expected to learn the basic theory and fundamental knowledge related to teams and teamwork. Students will read relevant literature and discuss it. Futhermore, students are expected to learn a practical knowledge of effective teamwork behavior based on relevant previous research and academic theories.
