【Course Objectives】

The purpose of this course is to provide participants the opportunity to learn how to become more effective negotiators.

【Course Contents】

Activities used to accomplish the above goal include personality inventories, negotiation role plays and exercises, case studies, discussions and lectures. The focus of the course will be on processes of negotiating and the emphasis is on hands on learning, although theories of negotiation and research examining negotiation will also be covered. The coures is highly interactive and full participation is required.
