備考/ NotesNotes |
The course is designed to help students develop a comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of the four themes constituting the Good Business Initiative approach to responsible business: (1) Ecosystems, (2) Systems & Design Thinking, (3) Partnership and (4) Transformation.
The course consists of a series of discussions on the four themes constituting the Good Business Initiative approach to responsible business: (1) Ecosystems, (2) Systems & Design Thinking, (3) Partnership and (4) Transformation. Each theme will be taken as a separate stage in order across the semester. At each stage students will be introduced to a number of important and influential theoretical models and frameworks in each of the respective four themes. Through a process of joint presentation and reflection, students will build up a schematical representation of the key concepts in each theme and map the relationships between them. Based upon this, a business case analysis and discussion will be used to explore the practical meaning and utility of each theoretical approach as a “lens” to enable insights into the meaning, impact and value of business activity.
