RD110生物物理学特論と合同授業 |
This course aims to teach students about various measurement techniques used in biophysics.
This course covers various measurement technologies in biophysics, centering on single-molecule measurement techniques used to observe the dynamics of individual enzymes and proteins. Lectures will cover the principles and practical applications of these technologies, along with the insights obtained from them. In particular, the course provides a detailed introduction to the functional analysis of ATP synthase, whose reaction mechanism has been elucidated through these methods. Molecular motor proteins and various other topics will also be covered.

This course aims to teach students about various measurement techniques used in biophysics.
酵素・タンパク質１分子の働く様子をみる，１分子計測法を中心に，生命科学分野で用いられる様々な測定技術について，原理，実際の例，それらにより得られた知見を講義する。
１分子計測法などによって，反応機構が詳細に調べられているATP合成酵素を例に，酵素の機能解析について具体的に紹介する。
その他，適宜様々なトピックスを取り上げる予定である。
