This course provides an opportunity to study basic theories and have practical experiences of Cultural Studies at postgraduate level.
This course consists of:
- reading bibliographical materials of critical theories and cultural sociology
- analysing texts and discussions
- field research, practical projects
- research presentations

文化研究（カルチュラルスタディーズ）に関する理論的研究と文化実践を、大学院レベルでおこなっていくための基礎的視座を得ること。
This course provides an opportunity to study basic theories and have practical experiences of Cultural Studies at postgraduate level.
近現代における諸文化と、社会的諸主体・権力との関係性などに関する文化批評理論などの理論研究を行うとともに、随時、フィールドワークやグループワークなどを行う。また、各自の問題意識やテーマに基づいた研究発表およびディスカッションなども実施する。
