Students will study sportsmanship and the sports industry—including the sports business—through academic literature, interviews, and lectures with business professionals and athletes. They will develop multifaceted insights into the intrinsic value of sports and industry revitalization, theorize their findings, and apply them in practice to contribute to the sports ecosystem and society at large.
This course uses textbooks and scholarly literature on sportsmanship, the sports industry, and philosophy as core materials. To support independent research, students will undertake close readings of self‑selected sources, conduct interviews, present their research findings, and engage in critical discussions.

本講義では、スポーツマンシップ・スポーツ産業・哲学に関する教科書・文献を用いて学ぶ。あわせて、受講生の自主的な研究活動を支援するため、自選の論文・文献の精読やインタビューを行い、その成果を発表し、批判的に議論する。
