連邦議会の権限を定める合衆国憲法上の規定において最も重要な条項のうちの一つ、州際通商条項についての代表的な憲法判例を英語で講読し、アメリカ合衆国の統治体制である連邦制度を理解する。
This course aims to understand Federalism, the governing system of the United States through reading cases of the Supreme Court of the United States on the Interstate Commerce Clause.
合衆国建国後から現在に至るまで、州際通商条項に関する代表的な合衆国判例を通時的に講読し議論する。
