This course aims to help students understand the basic principles and development of law regarding important issues in Medical Law, Public Health Law, and Social Security Law in the common law countries. It will also provide discussions on the legal issues in non-common law countries, in accordance with the students' interests.
In this course, students will discuss important issues of Medical law, Public Health Law, and Social Security law in Common Law countries.

コモン・ロー圏の医療、パブリック・ヘルス、社会保障等と法に関連する重要トピックについて、主要判例及び文献等を英語で講読し、理解を深める。学生の問題関心に応じ、非コモン・ロー圏の制度についても扱う。
This course aims to help students understand the basic principles and development of law regarding important issues in Medical Law, Public Health Law, and Social Security Law in the common law countries. 医事法、パブリック・ヘルスと法、社会保障法における重要トピックにつき、アメリカ、イギリス、オーストラリア等のコモン・ロー圏における議論を中心に取り扱う。
