Students will take up and research topics related to bioethics, and cultivate the ability to consider these topics from a legal and ethical perspective.
We will examine ELSI (ethical, legal and social issues) that arise in conjunction with the development of medical care and science and technology. We plan to cover a wide range of topics, from classic themes such as abortion and end-of-life care to medical and nursing care technology that utilizes AI.
Students will research their own chosen theme, analyze it from multiple perspectives, and then report and discuss their findings.

生命倫理に関するトピックを取り上げ、それについて自らリサーチし、法的・倫理的視点から考察する力を涵養する。

医療や科学技術の発展に伴い生じるELSI（倫理的・法的・社会的課題）について検討します。人工妊娠中絶や終末医療などの古典的なテーマから、AIを活用した医療・介護技術まで幅広く取り扱う予定です。
受講生は自ら設定したテーマについてリサーチするとともに、多角的に分析し、それに基づき報告・議論します。
