This course aims to obtain sufficient knowledge of WTO Agreements and its regime.
We will read and study approximately 20 to 30 pages of the following text in each session:
Peter Van den Bossche and Werner Zdouc the Law and Policy of the World Trade Organization, Fifth Edition, Cambridge University Press (2022)
This text book has 1,170 pages, of which essential parts will be read and discussed during the class.
