The purpose of the lecture is to acquire skills of logical writing. The lecture deals with methods of writing essays and approaching or examining issues by deeply reading materiais (in Japanese or in foreign language) on labour law and social security law.
In this lecture, participants will read materiais on labour law and social security law. Participants are required to carefully read the materiais designated in advance and fully prepare for the classes every time. As the preparation is expected to be considerable volume, those who have a strong interest in labour law and social security law are welcomed.

労働法および社会保障法に関する文献（日本語のものもあれば、外国語のものもありうる）を読み込むことによって、論文の書き方や検討の方法、分析軸の立て方や手法等を確認し、論理的な文章を書くための素養を身につけることを目的とする。

参加者は毎回、事前に指定された文献を丹念に読み込み、周到な準備をすることが求められる。量的にも相当多くなると考えられるので、労働法や社会保障法に強い関心をもつ者の参加を期待する。
