In the field of administrative law, a number of noteworthy Supreme Court decisions have been issued in recent years. Many of these cases are related to constitutional litigation. In this class, after confirming the basic matters regarding the Constitution and administrative law, we will examine recent Supreme Court precedents and related issues. By doing so, students will deepen their understanding of administrative law as a whole and develop the ability to consider issues related to administrative law.
In each class, students research in advance about recent Supreme Court precedents and related academic theories regarding administrative law, and discuss them based on that research. The points to be discussed will be determined in consultation with the students.

行政法の分野においては、近年、注目すべき最高裁判例が数多く出されている。その中には、憲法訴訟に関係するものも少なくない。この演習では、憲法や行政法に関する基本的事項を確認した上で、近年の最高裁判例やそれに関係する問題について検討する。そのことにより、行政法全体に対する理解を深めるとともに、行政法に関係する問題を考察する能力を養成する。

行政法に関する近年の最高裁判例や関連する学説について、毎回、受講生が予め調べ、それを基にして討論する。取り上げる論点については、受講生と相談して決める。
