The objectives of this course are to learn the fundamental theories of the Antimonopoly Act.
Recently, Antimonopoly Acts are being established and actively enforced in many countries around the world, and the number of cases where Japanese companies are confronted by a foreign Antimonopoly Act is also increasing. The theoretical foundations of the Antimonopoly Acts have quite a few parts in common in many countries around the world. Therefore, students in this lecture will read (student presenters will translate into Japanese and report on) and examine the textbook on American Antitrust Law cases for the purpose of learning the applicable theoretical foundations of the Antimonopoly Act.

独占禁止法の基礎理論を習得する。
The objectives of this course are to learn the fundamental theories of the Antimonopoly Act.
昨今、世界の多くの国で独占禁止法が制定され、その執行が活発化しており、日本企業が外国の独占禁止法に直面するケースも増えている。独占禁止法の理論的基礎は、世界の多くの国で共通する部分が少なくない。そこで、本講義では、独占禁止法の応用可能な理論的基礎の習得を目的として、アメリカ反トラスト法の著名な判例を解説した英文テキストの講読（担当者が和訳を報告）・検討を行う。
なお、取り上げる文献は受講生の関心に応じて変更することがある。
