Today, environmental problems are occurring all over the world, and it is not uncommon for them to have a significant impact on our lives and bodies. In this class, we will explore with students what kind of environmental problems are occurring and how they can be solved through law.
This class is intended for students majoring in various fields of law. Therefore, I will try to take into consideration the usefulness of this course for your own field of study and for your dissertation writing.
We will discuss literature addressing environmental issues based on reports prepared by students, involving both the instructor and students. This approach aims to cultivate knowledge of environmental law while ultimately bridging it to the students' respective fields of study.
Regarding the specific content to be examined, we are developing a tentative course plan based on recent collections of papers on environmental law. This literature will serve to build students' knowledge of environmental law. On the other hand, in the latter part of the course, students will be asked to select literature connecting their specialized fields with environmental issues, and classes will be conducted based on this material.
Please note that the following course plan is subject to change based on the number of students enrolled and their fields of study.

本授業は主に環境問題を取り上げていくことになり、各履修者の専攻と乖離する場合があります。けれども、直接、自己の専攻や関心に関係が無くても、どこかで関連する可能性があります。そのため、ご自身の専攻に少しでも引きつけられるように、積極的に発言をして貰えたらと思います。

担当教員は他大学の所属となるため、至らない点が出てきてしまうことがあるかもしれませんが、少しでも受講生の専攻に応えられるよう努めていきたいと思っています。
今日、環境問題は、世界各地で起きており、我々の生命・身体に大きな影響を及ぼすことが珍しくありません。そこで、本授業においては、どのような環境問題が起きており、そして、それを法学を通して、どのような解決策が講じられているのかを、受講生と探求していきたいと思います。
また、本授業においては、様々な法律学を専攻している学生の履修を想定しています。そのため、ご自身の分野や論文執筆に役立つよう配慮できるようにしていきたいと思っています。

環境問題にアプローチをする文献を、受講生による報告資料の作成のもとで、担当者および受講生との間で議論を行っていきます。これによって、環境法に関する知識を養いつつ、最終的に受講生が専攻している分野を架橋していきたいと考えています。
また、検討の対象とする具体的内容については、近年の環境法に関する論文集などをもとに、あくまでも案として、授業計画を作成しています。当該文献によって、環境法に関する知識を養ってもらうことになります。他方で、授業の後半の回においては、各受講生の専攻している分野と環境問題が接続をしている文献をピック・アップしてもらい、授業を行うことになります。
なお、以下の授業計画は、あくまでも現時点のものであって、受講生の人数や受講生の専攻によって、修正することがあります。
