Today, environmental problems are occurring all over the world, and it is not uncommon for them to have a significant impact on our lives and bodies. In this class, we will explore with students what kind of environmental problems are occurring and how they can be solved through law.
This class is intended for students majoring in various fields of law. Therefore, I will try to take into consideration the usefulness of this course for your own field of study and for your dissertation writing.
The course will be divided into two or three sessions of close reading of literature approaching environmental issues, and discussions will be held between the instructor and the students each time. In this way, we hope to bridge the students' interests in environmental issues with their major field of study.The specific fields to be examined will be determined by listening to the wishes of the students.

本授業は主に環境問題を取り上げていくことになり、各履修者の専攻と乖離する場合があります。けれども、直接、自己の専攻や関心に関係が無くても、どこかで関連する可能性があります。そのため、ご自身の専攻に少しでも引きつけられるように、積極的に発言をして貰えたらと思います。

担当教員は他大学の所属となり、本授業については2024年度に開講されたものとなります。そのため、至らない点が出てきてしまうことがあるかもしれませんが、少しでも受講生の専攻に応えられるよう努めていきたいと思っています。
今日、環境問題は、世界各地で起きており、我々の生命・身体に大きな影響を及ぼすことが珍しくありません。そこで、本授業においては、どのような環境問題が起きており、そして、それを法学を通して、どのような解決策が講じられているのかを、受講生と探求していきたいと思います。
また、本授業においては、様々な法律学を専攻している学生の履修を想定しています。そのため、ご自身の分野や論文執筆に役立つよう配慮できるようにしていきたいと思っています。

環境問題にアプローチをする文献を、2回～3回に分けて精読し、その都度、担当者および受講生との間で議論を行っていきます。これによって、受講生の関心がある環境問題と、受講生が専攻している分野を架橋していきたいと考えています。なお、検討の対象とする具体的な分野については、受講生の希望を聞いて決めたいと思います。
