学部科目EX717「法政外国語演習<ドイツ語＞」と合同授業 |
The purpose of this class is to cultivate basic reading comprehension in German by reading literature on the German constitution and politics. At the same time, we will consider the fundamental issues of law and politics, such as the rule of law, democracy, and sovereignty of the people
.
This course requires each student to read the text in advance, and a predetermined student translates the assignment. The instructor explains the contents and grammar, and all participants discuss the contents. The readings are not long, 1-2 pages each, but the aim is to develop the ability to understand sentences accurately based on elementary grammar.

ドイツ語の初級文法を学んでいること。
履修に当たっては、ドイツ語の初級文法について一通り学習していることを要する。なお、内容等について質問があるときは、授業担当者まで問い合わせること（メールで事前連絡すること。連絡先はR Guideの「オフィスアワー」で確認できる）。
ドイツの憲法や政治に関する文献を講読し、ドイツ語の基本的読解力を養成するとともに、法治主義、民主主義、国民主権など、法と政治の本質について考えることにより、研究的視点の基礎を涵養する。

各自、テキストを事前に読んできてもらい、予め決められた受講生が分担部分について訳す。内容や文法について授業担当者が解説するとともに、参加者全員で内容について議論を行う。読む分量は、毎回１～2頁と多くはないが、初級文法をベースに文章を正確に理解する能力の養成を目指す。
