The objective of this course is to have students develop the ability to read on their own about the latest trends and issues in administrative research.
Students will select and report on any piece of literature listed in the Public Administration Review Quarterly and The Annuals of the Japanese Society for Public Administration (however, they must be issued between 2020 and 2022). After the report, students will discuss the subject of the paper, methods, and the "appeal" or "novelty" of the statements.

この授業は，受講者が最近の行政研究のトレンドや課題を自ら読み取る能力の習得を目標とする。
The objective of this course is to have students develop the ability to read on their own about the latest trends and issues in administrative research.
受講者には，季刊行政管理研究及び年報行政研究（但し，2020～2022年発行分に限る）に掲載されている任意の文献を選び，報告してもらう。報告後，論文の対象，方法，主張の「おもしろさ」あるいは「新しさ」を中心に議論する。
