Intended for those individuals who have already mastered the first half of fundamental sentence structure, and fundamental vocabulary (about 1,000 words). The goal of J3 course is to introduce relatively complicated beginner level sentence patterns, to improve the students’ ability to put already learned sentence patterns into practical use, and to increase vocabulary to 1,000 words. And the goal of Listening and Conversation class is to correctly use the sentence forms and vocabulary studied in Grammar. To acquire additional skills for handling unknown vocabulary or sentence forms.
The course mainly uses the sentence forms and vocabulary covered in Grammar. Students must review the sentence forms and vocabulary practiced in Grammar.

日本語(にほんご)の基礎(きそ)（動詞(どうし)・形容(けいよう)詞(し)の活用(かつよう)など）を習得(しゅうとく)している者(もの)（1,000語(ご)程度(ていど)の語彙(ごい),初級(しょきゅう)前半(ぜんはん)の文法(ぶんぽう)等(とう)）,日常(にちじょう)生活(せいかつ)の基本的(きほんてき)活動(かつどう)（買(か)い物(もの)や依頼(いらい)など）が日本語(にほんご)でできる者(もの)を対象(たいしょう)とする。Ｊ３コース全体(ぜんたい)の目標(もくひょう)は,より複雑(ふくざつ)な初級(しょきゅう)文型(ぶんけい)の導入(どうにゅう)および既習(きしゅう)の文型(ぶんけい)の運用(うんよう)能力(のうりょく)向上(こうじょう)を目指(めざ)すことである。その中(なか)で,聴(ちょう)解(かい)・会話(かいわ)の目標(もくひょう)は,文法(ぶんぽう)で習(なら)った文型(ぶんけい)や語彙(ごい)を実際(じっさい)の日常(にちじょう)生活(せいかつ)の場面(ばめん)で使(つか)えるようにし,未習(みしゅう)の語彙(ごい)や文型(ぶんけい)があっても,対応(たいおう)できるスキルを身(み)に付(つ)けることである。
