Students will deepen their understanding of the sociolinguistic aspects of the Japanese language, such as role words and Japanese used on the Internet, enhancing their ability to take in information and express themselves using Japanese.
This course will include topics such as modern youth slang, styles for writing mail, different ways to address people, and role words as characteristic aspects of Japanese, with students reading about and investigating them.
Specifically, we will cover a characteristic aspect of the Japanese language and students will deepen their understanding of it by reading academic papers, experiencing multiple actual examples, and holding discussions. Additionally, students will acquire more advanced and natural Japanese language skills by creating sentences, etc., using the vocabulary and expressions they learn. Finally, they will present their findings on the topic and summarize it in a report.

役割語，インターネットの日本語など，社会言語学的側面から日本語についての理解を深めるとともに，日本語による受発信力をつける。
Students will deepen their understanding of the sociolinguistic aspects of the Japanese language, such as role words and Japanese used on the Internet, enhancing their ability to take in information and express themselves using Japanese.
日本語の特徴的な側面として，若者言葉，SNSやメールの文体，人の呼び方，役割語を取り上げ，それについての文章を読んだり，調査したりする。
具体的には，日本語の特徴的な１つの側面を取り上げ，それについて論文を読んだり，複数の実例に触れたりした後，ディスカッションしながら理解を深めていく。また，学んだ語彙や表現などを使用した文章の作成などを通して，より高度で自然な日本語運用能力を身につける。最後には，テーマに関するトピックについて自分で調べたものをプレゼンテーションし，さらにレポートにまとめる。
