Students will primarily learn practical Japanese skills while also learning about the overall flow and main points regarding job hunting in Japan, including how to fill out application forms (effective structure, appropriate writing style, vocabulary, etc.) and Japanese to use in interviews (appropriate responses and manners), etc.
Students will gain practical knowledge related to job hunting activities in Japan, including how to fill out application forms, self-promotion, and group and personal interview strategies. They will also learn about the manners and customs appropriate for an interview.
Students will actually fill in and present application forms many times on their own. The aim is to improve skills by receiving feedback from classmates and the instructor. Various types of interview practice will also be conducted. Guests from outside the university who are involved in job hunting activities for exchange students will also be invited to give explanations of those activities so that students can learn about the flow and key points of job searching as a whole.

日本の就職活動の全体の流れや要点を理解するとともに，エントリーシートの書き方（効果的な構成，適切な文体や語彙等），面接で求められる日本語（適切な応対，マナー）など，実質的な日本語スキルの獲得を目指す。

就職活動に必要な日本語に関連する様々な事柄―「エントリーシートの書き方」「自己ＰＲの仕方」「集団面接の受け方」「個人面接の受け方」などを実践的に学ぶ。さらに，面接に行く際のマナーなどについても学ぶ。
実際に自分で何度もエントリーシートを書いたり，発表したりする活動を行う。そして，それに対するフィードバックをクラスメート，および教員から受けることでスキルアップを目指す。また，様々なタイプの面接練習も行う。さらに，学外から留学生の就職活動に携わるゲストを招き，就職活動の概要に関する説明を聞き，就職活動全体の流れや要点を学ぶ。
